Job DescriptionMAINTENANCE MECHANIC HELPER$24–$28/hr
Want to get into maintenance and build a career? This isn’t just a helper job — it’s a foot in the door to becoming a full Maintenance Mechanic. You’ll work side‑by‑side with experienced techs and leadership, learning real skills that pay.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Help fix and maintain plant equipment and machinery
- Work on cranes, lifts, trucks, and production equipment
- Assist with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting
- Support preventive maintenance and repairs
- Track work and learn how a full maintenance program runs
WHAT YOU NEED
- Hands‑on experience (maintenance, construction, mechanic work, etc.)
- Comfortable using tools and working around heavy equipment
- Willing to learn and step up
- Shows up every day ready to work
Additional Information:
- $22–$28/hr starting pay
- REAL growth into a Maintenance Mechanic role
- Year‑round work — no layoffs
- 45–50+ hours a week (solid paychecks)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
