Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Attorney/Lawyer to join our team on a contract basis in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This role will involve providing legal counsel and support to regional operations, sales teams, and corporate clients within the transport industry. The position focuses primarily on transactional legal work, but it may also require handling general corporate matters and offering assistance with litigation.
Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including contracts with hospitals, municipalities, and vendors.
• Manage real estate and equipment leases, software agreements, and consulting arrangements.
• Handle complex and high-value agreements, such as enterprise-wide software contracts and strategic partnerships.
• Provide oversight and administration for the company’s contracting process using contract management software.
• Collaborate with lead attorneys to support litigation cases as needed.
• Address general corporate legal matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Maintain regular attendance and fulfill assigned duties efficiently.
• Must be a licensed attorney with active credentials.
• Demonstrated expertise in HIPAA compliance, particularly with the Patient Privacy Rule.
• Proven experience drafting and reviewing legal agreements.
• Skilled in negotiating contracts with a focus on commercial and vendor agreements.
• Familiarity with software agreements and enterprise-wide transactions.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
