WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proficiency in following both written and verbal assembly instructions
- Fluency in English, with strong reading and writing skills
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Excellence in verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities
- Capability of thinking quickly and adapting in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs comfortably
DAY-TO-DAY AS A FURNITURE ASSEMBLER
As a Furniture Assembler, your day kicks off with reviewing customer orders and getting straight to work assembling high-quality office furniture. You move efficiently through the warehouse, gathering materials from stock and organizing them onto pallets or shelves for delivery or loading. Whether you're assembling a desk, opening crates of inventory, or transporting items to storage areas, every task you complete helps ensure that customers receive exactly what they need. You keep records of what's been received and distributed, handle tools and requisitions, and even hop in a warehouse vehicle to move items across departments. Each day brings a mix of hands-on work, organization, and problem-solving, making it perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and building something from the ground up.
