Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive for vehicle service appointments.
- Move and park vehicles in a safe and organized manner within the dealership premises.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the service area, including waiting rooms and external spaces.
- Perform vehicle checks and inspections, documenting any findings as needed.
- Assist service advisors and technicians by providing necessary vehicle support and information.
- Maintain inventory and organize tools, equipment, and materials used in the service department.
- Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are followed when handling vehicles and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns and relaying them to the appropriate staff members.
- Support the efficient flow of vehicles through the service department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
