Job Description:The Real Estate Attorney supports the General Counsel in executing legal matters across the company’s real estate development, construction, and operating platform.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage real estate development documents across active projects.
- Support acquisition transactions, including purchase agreements, amendments, and closing coordination.
- Draft and negotiate leases, amendments, easements, and other real estate agreements.
- Review title commitments, surveys, and coordinate issue resolution with title companies and external counsel.
- Assist with loan documentation review, lender requirements, and closing coordination.
- Maintain organized legal files and manage document workflows throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications and Requirements:• 4–8+ years of experience in real estate, development, construction, or commercial transactional law
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously• Experience working with real estate developers, owner/operators, or development-focused law firms
• Familiarity with development agreements, construction contracts, and leasing documentation
• Exposure to public incentives or municipal agreements preferred

• Expected base salary range: $135,000 – $165,000
