Job Description:The Real Estate Attorney supports the General Counsel in executing legal matters across the company’s real estate development, construction, and operating platform.
Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage real estate development documents across active projects.
  • Support acquisition transactions, including purchase agreements, amendments, and closing coordination.
  • Draft and negotiate leases, amendments, easements, and other real estate agreements.
  • Review title commitments, surveys, and coordinate issue resolution with title companies and external counsel.
  • Assist with loan documentation review, lender requirements, and closing coordination.
  • Maintain organized legal files and manage document workflows throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications and Requirements:• 4–8+ years of experience in real estate, development, construction, or commercial transactional law
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously• Experience working with real estate developers, owner/operators, or development-focused law firms
• Familiarity with development agreements, construction contracts, and leasing documentation
• Exposure to public incentives or municipal agreements preferred

• Expected base salary range: $135,000 – $165,000

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
