M-F 6/7am-2:30/3:30pm

We are seeking a highly skilled Foreman to lead our job sites and ensure that every project is completed with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drywall finishing, hanging, framing and acoustical ceilings, along with a proven track record of team management. You will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks, managing on-site safety, and maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman in the drywall industry.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor crew members.
- Commitment to strict OSHA safety protocols.
- 10-Panel Pre-employment testing required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday
- Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolds, stilts, and lifts
- Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather condition
