- Around one Saturday a month from 9:00a-12:00p, it is a rotating schedule
What You’ll Do:
- Assist members with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions in person, online, and on the phone
- Identify and sell credit union products and services beneficial to the member’s needs
- Maintain and balance cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies
- Handle currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner
- Identify fraudulent activity to prevent potential losses to the credit union by following all financial and security regulations and procedures
- Stay updated on new products and services and maintain awareness of current fraud alerts
What We’re Looking For:
- Cash handling experience and on-the-job training may be required
- Basic math and computer skills
- High level of dependability, accountability, efficiency, and accuracy
- Professional appearance and courteous manner
- Strong customer service skills are a must
