At PABLO, a great bar starts with a great team behind it.
Our Barbacks keep the bar stocked, clean, organized, and ready for anything. You’ll work directly with our bartenders to keep service moving quickly, especially when the room gets busy.
What You’ll Do:
Keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, mixers, ice, glassware, and supplies
Restock bartender stations throughout the night
Keep ice wells full and ready for service
Collect, wash, and organize glassware
Keep the bar and service areas clean and organized
Prepare garnishes and other bar supplies as needed
Help with opening and closing the bar
Communicate with bartenders and anticipate what they need before they have to ask
Move quickly and help keep drinks flowing during high-volume service
Jump in wherever the bar team needs help
What You Bring:
A strong work ethic and willingness to hustle
The ability to move quickly and stay organized
Good communication and attention to detail
A team-first attitude
The ability to lift and move cases, kegs, and other bar supplies
Evening, late-night, and weekend availability
Restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required
