Chandler and Campbelle Investment Group is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at Memphis International Airport. In this role, you will support daily parking operations by assisting passengers, maintaining accurate parking data, and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized parking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Patrol airport parking garages and lots using an airport-owned vehicle to monitor and count available parking spaces, ensuring accurate availability for passengers and guests.
Provide customer assistance such as jump starts, vehicle lockouts, locating vehicles, and addressing flat tires in a courteous and professional manner.
Install and maintain parking signage throughout the garages to assist customers with navigation.
Retrieve and return luggage carts to designated locations to support passenger convenience.
Assist with license plate inventory by scanning and recording vehicle tags throughout all parking areas.
Maintain a consistently positive, professional, and helpful attitude when interacting with customers and teammates.
Follow all safety guidelines, airport regulations, and operational procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with no suspensions.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TSA-issued airport badge (clean background required).
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
