The Systems Implementation Specialist is responsible for the implementation and oversight of migrating our properties from the current Operations Software to the new Operations Software. This entails interviewing the properties to understand what modules are currently in use to ensure successful implementation, ensuring that all data is transferred from our systems and overseeing/scheduling training of new system. In addition, the team member will be responsible in attending meetings getting feedback for further modifications and module enhancements.

Duties and Essential Functions

- Interview properties to understand current module usage for successful implementation.
- Ensure data transfer from existing systems and oversee/schedule training for the new system.
- Attend meetings, gather feedback for modifications, and enhance modules.
- Supervise team member adoption, develop specifications, and evaluate service needs.
- Establish collaborative working relationships and prepare for team meetings.
- Act as the primary coordinator for system transition, including planning and timeline management.
- Initiate contact with property teams and boards for transition processes.
- Ensure successful transfer of third-party integrations, documents, owner/resident/tenant information, and work orders.
- Deploy and notify residents of the new application.
- Review and monitor transition issues/tickets.
- Create weekly implementation updates and reports.
- Support company values, philosophy, and policies.
- Organize time effectively to balance multiple property transitions.
- Demonstrate a positive, professional, and client-oriented attitude about the company with coworkers, residents, owners, clients, and the public, whether contact is by mail, telephone or in person. Constantly strive for improvements in work process and results to better meet company’s expectations
- Act as the company's primary coordinator to assure that the transition between systems is done timely and successful. Including a plan of action with a timeline of transition.
- Will be responsible for initiating contact with the property team and the board of directors to begin the process of transition. Including the successful transition of information/documents to our new system.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly sitting and/or standing, but occasionally there may be a requirement to stoop or lift light material or equipment (typically less than 10 pounds).
- This is a full-time exempt (salaried) position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company.
Travel
Some travel will be requiring attending company sponsored meetings and trainings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
3 to 5 years’ experience working as a software developer and/or implementation of systems.
Ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills to work with large and small groups of clients who are learning a new system.
