NOW HIRING – DRYER OPERATOR / PRODUCTION WORKER
3rd Shift - 7pm - 7am
Marion, NC
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team! This position works with Moore and Fezer Dryers and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and staying busy.
What you’ll do:
- Operate and feed industrial dryers
- Grade and sort veneer according to specifications
- Monitor material flow and help prevent production plug-ups
- Stack and organize materials into carts
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the production area
- Help with other production duties as needed
- May assist with fire watch responsibilities during certain conditions
What we’re looking for:
Able to stand for extended periods
Comfortable bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Team lift required for materials over 50 lbs.
Able to follow safety and production procedures
Willing to work mandatory overtime when needed
Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required
