All of the positions we are hiring for are general warehouse labor positions at the FN Logistics distribution center. Picking, Packing, Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, Replen, Restock, VAS
\n
JOB REQUIREMENTS ( applies to all positions BC hires for at FNL)
\n
Must be able to commit to the schedule and arrive on time
\n
Must Adhere to attendance policy & and designated brakes and lunches
\n
Must follow dress code
\n
Must Follow warehouse rules and policies
\n
Must Meet productivity requirements - Pickers must sign UPH agreement
\n
Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of your shift including walking up and down stairs.
\n
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
\n
MUST have strong attention to detail and a steady, careful pace Ability to read and follow written specs and procedures
\n
The warehouse is NOT temp controlled - able to work in very cold and hot temperatures.
\n
Must work in different departments than the apartment that you are assigned to if needed.
\n
Must be respectful and professional to your fellow crew members FN and bluecrew management in teams.
\n
Must have a functioning cell phone - able to receive notifications on your cell phone and have your notifications for bluecrew turned on. We send notifications daily if you're not receiving your notifications please see your bluecrew on site representative.
\n
Must complete Interview/orientation & training
\n
PAID INTERVIEW & ORIENTATION. We'll Go over the positions available that day. Warehouse rules, productivity expectations, attendance and safety Assign you to a position. YOUR FIRST DAY IS THE NEXT DAY OR FUTURE DATE. Your position is assigned at the interview based on what is open that day. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOU A SPECIFIC DEPT. ONCE YOU COMMIT TO A SCHEDULE & SHIFT, WE CANNOT SWITCH YOU.

PRODUCTIVITY AND TRAINING - EVERY POSITION HERE IS HELD TO A PRODUCTIVITY STANDARD DAYS 1-3 - Training in your assigned department. 1st Week You are monitored. 2nd Week You are expected to meet the standard.THE ENGAGEMENT PROCESS: 1 on 1 conversation about a specific issue. 1st ENGAGEMENT Warning & coaching and or retraining. WRITE UP Warning & coaching & or retraining if needed. FINAL & SEPARATION possible end of assignment.
\n
BREAKS AND LUNCHES You take your break and lunch AT THE SAME TIME AS YOUR DEPARTMENT, at the scheduled time. Not before, not after. Rest breaks are 10 minutes and PAID. Meal periods are 30 minutes and UNPAID.
\n
DO NOT LEAVE EARLY for a break or lunch, and OR COME BACK LATE.
\n
Do not skip your lunch or take it later than scheduled
\n
If you need to make a call, step outside, or leave before the end of your shift let your BC & FNL manager know and SIGN OUT ON THE BLUECREW SIGN OUT SHEET. DO NOT JUST LEAVE THE BUILDING.
\n
CLOCKING IN AND OUT - You clock in and out on the ADP TIME CLOCKS AT FN LOGISTICS, not the Bluecrew app. CLOCK OUT WHEN YOUR LUNCH STARTS. When you come back, select RETURN FROM LUNCH. Do not select start of shift.
\n
ATTENDANCE POLICY - This is a 12 POINT, NO FAULT attendance policy on a rolling 12 month calendar. No fault means the reason does not change the point value.
\n
HOW POINTS ARE ASSESSED:
\n

- Late less than 2 1/2 hours from start of shift 0.5
- Late more than 2 1/2 hours from start of shift 1

- Leaving work early by more than 5 minutes 0.5

WAREHOUSE RULES, CONDUCT AND SAFETY
\n
- NO PHONES ON THE FLOOR. Break areas only. That includes the end of your shift while you are still clocked in and on the floor.
\n
- NO EARBUDS OR HEADPHONES. Do not use clothing to conceal an earpiece.
\n
- No hoods up. No sunglasses, smart glasses or wearable recording devices.
\n
- No food or drinks at workstations. Water is fine.
\n
- No bags or personal items on the floor.
\n
- NO RUNNING AND NO HORSEPLAY.
\n
- Smoking and vaping in the designated area only. THE PARKING LOT IS NOT A SMOKING AREA.
\n
CONVEYORS AND EQUIPMENT: NEVER CLIMB OVER, UNDER OR THROUGH A CONVEYOR. Use the designated crossings and gates only.
\n
- Do not tamper with, bypass or reach into a conveyor. If a line is jammed or stopped, get a lead or the safety team.
\n
- Report broken or damaged equipment immediately.
\n
- Return your scanner and any other equipment issued to you to your department before the end of your shift.
\n
- KEEP THE FLOOR CLEAR. Nothing left in aisles, at the end of a row, on top of carts or under conveyors except where designated.
\n
- Clear your station before you leave it. Do not leave packages or units on the table.
\n
- Empty cartons go only in the designated staging area.
\n
- Follow all safety guidelines and supervisor instructions. Cameras cover the warehouse and the parking lot and are monitored 24/7.
\n
- INJURIES AND INCIDENTS must be reported to Bluecrew immediately, the same shift, before you go home.
\n
***General Requirements***

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

- \n
- Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
- Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
- Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
- Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
- Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
- Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
- There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
