Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our customers grounds and facilities. This role requires a combination of lawn maintenance, landscaping, mechanical knowledge, and general maintenance skills to ensure that all areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Perform groundskeeping tasks including mowing, trimming, landscape maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
- Conduct occasional tree trimming and removal operations.
- Utilize power equipment effectively for various maintenance tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Assist with occasional mulch installation jobs.
- Regularly inspect equipment for maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary.
- Familiarity with operating power equipment safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver’s license is required for transportation of equipment or materials.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- No smoking while on the Job.
