What we do
We partner with big 3 consulting firms to design, develop, and maintain complex, heterogeneous, and client-facing web-based automation systems that deliver social and welfare benefits to millions of families nationwide. To develop such highly complex web applications, we need professionals with a broad range of experience and skills ranging from subject matter experts, computer programmers, project managers, testers, systems analysts, and others.
We invest in training our employees and retooling their expertise to meet our project needs.
Job Title: Middleware Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3–6 years of proven experience as a Middleware Developer/Engineer.

Strong hands-on experience with middleware tools and platforms (e.g., WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, MuleSoft, or TIBCO).

Expertise in integration design, messaging systems (MQ, Kafka, JMS), and API development.

Experience with middleware administration, configuration, and performance tuning.

Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and scripting (Shell, KornShell, or Python).

Familiarity with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar) and SQL.

Experience with REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Harness, GitHub, or similar) for middleware deployments.

Good understanding of Agile/DevOps environments and troubleshooting techniques.
