IT Analyst – Mount Prospect, IL
$55,000 - $65,000/Annually – dependent on relevant experience

We are a growing, mid-sized manufacturer of construction products serving commercial markets across the Midwest. With approximately 600 employees and 8 manufacturing and distribution locations across five states, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products while investing in technology that supports operational excellence.
As we continue to modernize our business systems and infrastructure, we are looking for an IT Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on technology projects, collaborating with business users, and helping improve processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate IT projects from planning through implementation and post-launch support.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes.
- Assist with ERP, manufacturing, and other enterprise application implementations and upgrades.
- Track project milestones, action items, timelines, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
- Support end users by troubleshooting application issues and escalating when appropriate.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an IT Analyst, IT Project Coordinator or similar role (internships will be considered)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Microsoft Suite, basic knowledge of SQL and coding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
