We are a vibrant restaurant specializing in Chinese, Thai, and Japanese dishes, and we’re looking for a skilled Wok Cook to join our culinary team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Wok Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering the authentic and mouthwatering flavors our customers love. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including Chinese, Thai, and Japanese cuisine, using a wok. - Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. - Managing and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your cooking station. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service. - Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for someone who brings both skill and passion to the kitchen. To thrive in this role, you should have: - At least 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen setting. - A solid understanding of Asian cooking techniques, especially wok cooking. - The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. - A team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills. - A commitment to delivering exceptional food quality and consistency.
