What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cashier at Jaws Topokki, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assisting customers with menu selections and ensuring their orders are accurate.
- Operate the POS system to take orders and process transactions accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments following proper procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area
- Ensure orders are properly labeled and handed to the correct customers
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely order flow
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- Prior cashier or food service experience preferred, but not required
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and with a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
