POSITION OBJECTIVE:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication across departments, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive — someone who takes pride in providing exceptional client experiences and supporting a high-performing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, conference room bookings, and internal appointments.
- the onboarding and orientation process for new team members and clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office and reception area.
- Process mail, deliveries, and office correspondence.
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and record keeping as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate reordering to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support company events, meetings, and client engagement initiatives.
- Uphold confidentiality and represent the company’s values in all interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to exceptional service.
