Responsibilities:
- Listen attentively to clients to understand their specific needs, budgets, and location preferences
- Guide clients through the real estate process, including preparing and proofreading documents from leases to closing contracts
- Organize and manage open houses
- Serve as a trusted advisor on mortgage options and assist clients with necessary paperwork to expedite the home buying process
- Attend closing dates and provide client support
- Engage in active marketing initiatives, including cold calling and attending industry events
