What You’ll Do:
- Deliver world-class customer service
- Support store leadership in training, developing, and supervising team members
- Learn and master all aspects of Goodwill’s retail donation process
- Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory management
- Ensure donations are processed efficiently and merchandise is well-presented
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Retail experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs. regularly
