Front Desk Agent – Wyndham Gardens Cross Lanes
Wyndham Gardens Cross Lanes is currently seeking friendly, dependable, and professional individuals to join our Front Desk team. Front Desk Agents are responsible for providing excellent guest service while ensuring efficient hotel operations during their shift.
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Check guests in and out using hotel property management systems
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions, reservations, and requests
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balancing shift paperwork
• Maintain accurate guest information and room assignments
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and work to resolve issues professionally
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Complete shift reports, bucket checks, and required paperwork
Qualifications:
• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Professional appearance and attitude required
