Floating: RNs only float to antepartum and rarely mom baby to care for postpartum moms.
\n Radius Rule: must live 50 miles away from facility; no locals
\n Required Experience: 2 years minimum experience as an RN. 1 year of L&D experience
\n Required Licensure: OH or compact (BLS, ACLS, and PALS)
\n
