Current Openings
Experienced Litigators (4 Positions)
- Salary: $80,000 – $120,000/year (based on experience)
- Must be a licensed California attorney with litigation experience.
- Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and time management skills required.
Entry-Level Attorneys (2 Positions)
- Open to recent law graduates with strong writing/research skills.
- Willingness to learn from senior attorneys and grow professionally.
- Remote/Virtual — available as Part-time or Full-time.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consult with clients on legal strategies and special education cases.
- Draft complaints, motions, closing arguments, and related pleadings.
- Represent clients in virtual hearings and administrative proceedings, generally 3 days/week from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Participate in trial-setting conferences and virtual court appearances.
- Review legal documents, IEPs, evaluations, and medical records.
- Facilitate communication with expert witnesses and clients.
- Maintain case files and comply with court deadlines.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Background in litigation and civil legal practice.
- Familiarity with Special Education Law (preferred but not required).
- Strong legal writing (law review, moot court, or legal writing courses).
- Customer service or client-facing experience.
- Experience with contract or document review (especially IEPs).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Bonuses and Incentives

Minimum Requirements
- Licensed California Attorney (Bar Passed)
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Litigation, negotiation, and time management skills.
- High ethical standards and a professional attitude.
- Strong computer and virtual collaboration skills.
- Administrative or managerial experience is a plus.

Having sued the State of California and the Governor, AND WON customer demand requires additional experienced litigators currently seeking four positions; a competent and experienced litigator to join our team of Attorneys. Also, an entry level attorney able to perform and wanting to learn from the best. These positions are remote/virtual. Part-time, or Full-time. Although our Main office is located in Newport Beach, We represent clients in every city in California. Attorneys are responsible for adhering to court requirements in a timely manner. Acting as an advocate to our list of clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in litigation, Drafting complaints, Motions, Special Education knowledge, and receive $2,000. bonus, Bilingual and receives $1,000. bonus. Incentive bonus as well.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consult with clients on legal best practices
- Prepare case file documents Draft Complaints.
- Work with the legal team to compile comprehensive Motions, closing arguments.
- Appear through video from home. Hearings generally 3-days a week 9-4:30. one-hour lunch, 2-30. min breaks. Trial setting conferences 15-45 min.
- Adhere to a consistent schedule of hearings, court appearances, and case-related conferences
- Represent the clients in legal proceedings such as trials and administrative hearings all virtual.
- Facilitate the communications of experts and case witnesses
- Research and anticipate legal risks.
- Communicate with clients, and independent experts.

We are the TOP Special Education LAW FIRM IN CALIFORNIA. SUPERVISING ATTORNEYS WITH OVER 28 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, Admitted in the 9th Cir. and have filed Petition to U.S. Supreme Court.
Learn from the best!1. Experience is special education good but not necessary.
2. Experience in legal writing. Drafting pleadings. Could be from law school (like law journal or a class in legal writing). Or could be from past civil lit experience.
3. Past civil lit experience would be helpful, but since working with OAH is different than working with the regular court system, not sure how much emphasis you want to put on this.
4. Customer service experience.
5. Contract review experience (for settlements, helpful.
6. Document review experience (for reviewing the IEPs, evaluations, medical records when appropriate).
Requirements and Qualifications
- California licensed Attorney.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bi-Lingual pays extra.
- Litigation & Negotiation Skills of persuasion
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and competency
- Professional attitude and strong personal ethics.
- Administrative and managerial experience preferred
- Full and Part-time position available
