Maplewood:
Female clients for morning and afternoon shifts:10am-2pm Mon-Sat.
Assist with ADLs, transportation,\\
North Oaks:
Male client for 2X/week with 4 hour shifts: assist with ADLs, laundry, meal prep, some transportation, early onset dementia
$19-$20/hour

Job Description:
CNA's/HHA's provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other afflictions.
Home care may include:
· hands-on care
· light housecleaning
· laundry
· meal preparation
· transportation
· companionship
· household activities.
CNA's/HHA's are responsible for ensuring that services are delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant agency policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
Must have a valid drivers license and have proof of insurance
Pass a state background check
Pass a drug screening test
