Engineer II – Senior CCaaS / AI Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with expertise in CCaaS platforms, cloud architecture, AI/ML integration, and enterprise-scale customer experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise-grade CCaaS solutions.
• Lead cloud migrations and platform modernization initiatives.
• Design secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Build AI/ML-enabled customer service solutions.
• Design and maintain data pipelines and analytical datasets.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and/or Python.
• Experience with CCaaS platforms and Conversational AI technologies.
• Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, SQL, NoSQL databases, and API integrations.
• Experience building AI/ML solutions using TensorFlow, XGBoost, SARIMA, Prophet, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of model lifecycle management and governance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience leading large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
