🏢 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet and tour prospective residents, promoting available apartment homes
- Guide applicants through the leasing process and complete paperwork accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of unit availability and pricing
- Submit work orders and resolve resident concerns with professionalism
- Support marketing efforts, social media content, and resident events
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle general administrative duties
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ months of apartment or multifamily leasing experience – REQUIRED
- Working knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon – a plus!
- Strong customer service and closing skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws – REQUIRED
- Professional appearance and communication
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong work ethic
