Job DescriptionAssociate attorney

We are a lifestyle firm that highly values a strong work life balance, and currently we are seeking an experienced litigation associate for our Labor and Employment practice group to join either our Los Angeles office.

What we are seeking:

  • At least 3 years of experience in employment litigation, particularly in defending wage and hour and PAGA (plus but not required)
  • Experience handling lawsuits throughout the life of the case with oversight and mentoring from partners (as needed).
  • Internal investigations, legal research, preparing discovery and taking/defending depositions, drafting motions and pleadings, and representing clients at court conferences, hearings, and trial.
  • Must also have excellent writing and oral advocacy skills and significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice.
  • Self-starter who possesses strong organizational skills, is able to work with multiple clients and attorneys, and is ready to hit the ground running.
  • must be able to bill 1850 billable hours.
  • must live within the vicinity of the office for a Hybrid work schedule.
