How You Will Make An Impact:

• Lead the transition from waterfall to Agile methodologies across teams within the capital markets division
• Act as both a coach and hands-on Scrum Master supporting multiple Agile teams
• Stand up new Scrum teams and establish Agile best practices from the ground up
• Drive adoption of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) across the organization
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and leadership to align delivery with business objectives
• Identify and remove impediments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Are you an experienced Agile transformation leader ready to make an impact?

• 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Agile coaching roles
• Proven experience leading Agile transformations (waterfall → Agile) in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple teams
• Deep knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and enterprise Agile practices
• Experience within capital markets, financial services, or trading environments preferred
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a player/coach capacity—both strategic and hands-on
• Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred
