Experience: Should have a good working knowledge of Industrial Electrical systems 240 & 480 volts.
Experience with PLC’s and Machine logic, VFD’s and Automation Processes.
Mechanical and Preventative Maintenance experience is essential. Welding and Fabrication experience a plus.
Expectations: Perform various duties related to maintenance on Electronic controlled Equipment, shop facilities and yard equipment.
Work with fellow techs & Production to keep Machines operational.
Arrive to work on time and ready to work with minimal absentness.
Be available when needed for emergency repairs (nights & weekends may be needed)
Attend meetings as required & come prepared with current information,
Parts & Inventory:
Cleanup work areas, Keep all parts and Storage areas clean & organized. Follow the appropriate procedure to order parts and receive them in a timely manner.
Training: Candidate must have Familiarity with industrial electrical loads and electronic controls.
Candidate will be required to train on majority of production equipment for limited time
Need to assist in presenting and training additional employees, both Production & Maint
Be willing to assist yourself & other technicians in correct procedures.
Team Goals: Be a contributing member of the accomplishment Team goals and expectation.
Be willing and able to communicate and work as team when needed.
Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
