Career Strategies is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant for immediate placement within the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro. We are a full-service property management staffing company, partnering with top apartment communities to place talented leasing professionals in rewarding roles.
Position Overview
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and represents communities with professionalism and enthusiasm. If you have a passion for helping residents find their home, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct property tours and highlight community features
- Process applications, prepare leases, and manage move-ins
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate records, leasing files, and daily reports
- Assist with marketing, resident events, and occupancy goals
- Collaborate with onsite staff to support overall property success
Qualifications
- Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or MRI is a plus
Pay & Schedule
- $20–$22/hour, based on experience
- Full-time; opportunities available across the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro
