Assembler (1st Shift)
Shift: 1st Shift 
Summary
We are looking for an Assembler to help build and assemble shelter components and equipment. This role involves using hand and power tools, following blueprints and work instructions, and making sure finished products meet quality standards.
Job Responsibilities 

<ul>
<li>Assemble parts and products </li>
<li>Use hand and power tools </li>
<li>Read basic blueprints and work instructions </li>
<li>Measure, drill, fit, and fasten parts together </li>
<li>Sand or grind parts when needed </li>
<li>Check your work for quality </li>
<li>Keep your work area clean </li>
<li>Follow safety rules </li>
<li>Help with other tasks as needed </li>
</ul>
Requirements

<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED </li>
<li>At least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience</li>
<li>Able to read a tape measure </li>
<li>Able to read basic blueprints </li>
<li>Comfortable using hand and power tools </li>
<li>Basic computer skills </li>
<li>Good attention to detail</li>
