Now Hiring: Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) – Roseville, CA

Care Central Professionals Home Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our compassionate and patient-focused team in Roseville, CA. This role offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one care that makes a real difference in patients’ lives—all in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct skilled OT evaluations and develop individualized care plans.

  • Provide interventions to improve safety, independence, and quality of life.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Current California OT license in good standing.

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

  • At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred).

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Participate in care conferences and contribute to ongoing care planning.

Qualifications:

  • Current California OT license in good standing.

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred).

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
