Care Central Professionals Home Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our compassionate and patient-focused team in Roseville, CA. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Current California OT license in good standing.

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications:

Current California OT license in good standing.

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred).
