Real Estate Office Manager / Property Management Assistant – Part Time

We’re a busy Pensacola real estate and property management company looking for a highly organized Office Manager to work directly with the Property Manager. If you’re great with people, detail-oriented, and enjoy variety in your day, this could be your perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:

Answer calls, emails, and customer/tenant/owner inquiries

Process rental applications and prepare lease paperwork

Schedule property showings, inspections, and maintenance

Maintain organized files and records for compliance

Post and update online listings

Track rent payments, deadlines, and renewals

Keep the office running efficiently and stocked
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent attitude, communication, and customer service abilities

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Microsoft Office proficiency; property management software a plus

Leasing or property management experience preferred but not required

Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
