Real Estate Office Manager / Property Management Assistant – Part Time
Help us keep our rental properties running smoothly!

We’re a busy Pensacola real estate and property management company looking for a highly organized Office Manager to work directly with the Property Manager. If you’re great with people, detail-oriented, and enjoy variety in your day, this could be your perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer calls, emails, and customer/tenant/owner inquiries

  • Process rental applications and prepare lease paperwork

  • Schedule property showings, inspections, and maintenance

  • Maintain organized files and records for compliance

  • Post and update online listings

  • Track rent payments, deadlines, and renewals

  • Keep the office running efficiently and stocked

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent attitude, communication, and customer service abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Microsoft Office proficiency; property management software a plus

  • Leasing or property management experience preferred but not required

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Schedule & Pay:

  • Part time, morning hours only
