Warehouse Operations
- Pick and ship orders
- Work with carriers such as UPS and Fedex to track shipments and open claims when necessary
- Perform regular and ad hoc inventory counts, and reconcile discrepancies
- Check items in and out of inventory tracking systems to maintain accurate stock levels
- Communicate with internal teams and technicians to ensure they are informed of incoming shipments and inventory levels
- Input product information into internal systems as orders are received and implemented
- Assist help desk team in configuring and shipping RMA requests to end users
- Create, update, and maintain internal documentation to support team operations
Device Configuration (MDM):
- Unbox, inventory, and prepare devices (iPads, payment terminals, etc.) for client deployment
- Enroll devices into Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Jamf, Workspace ONE, Intune)
- Apply configuration profiles and install required apps based on client-specific orders
- Track mobile device inventory within the MDM systems, ensuring all devices are accounted for and properly documented
- Work and update deployment and support tickets using Autotask and Jira
- Assist with RMA processing
- Collaborate with help desk and engineering teams as needed
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Experience with MDM systems
- Basic troubleshooting skills
Work Environment
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- This role is performed in-person at our Minneapolis office
