This is a dual role: you’ll focus on selling jewelry in-store, providing excellent customer service, and also help the team with product videos, social media posts, and marketplace listings. You don’t need to be a professional content creator, but you should know how to use Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Marketplace, and OfferUp to post and promote products.
Responsibilities

️ In-store sales – assist customers, showcase jewelry, and close sales.

Model jewelry on camera (hand shots for rings, chains, bracelets).

Create simple content (photos/videos) for Instagram & TikTok.

Post products on Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shop, OfferUp, and similar platforms.

Provide excellent customer service both in-store and through online inquiries.

Keep displays organized and assist with store presentation.

Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
Qualifications

Well-groomed, presentable hands for jewelry modeling in photos/videos.

Experience in retail sales (jewelry sales preferred).

Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, videos, and social media posting.

Strong customer service & communication skills.

Professional appearance and friendly, approachable personality.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Pay Range
$20 – $28 per hour depending on experience.
