Luson Media is a full-service branding, marketing, and public relations agency built to help brands grow with strategy-led creative. We build everything from brand identities and campaigns to digital experiences that drive real results.
We’re expanding into something new, and we’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce and Online Store Specialist to help launch and scale a new online promotional products + apparel company.
This is a unique opportunity to be an early key player in a new venture where your work won’t just “support” the business—you’ll help build it.
The Role
This role is for someone who lives at the intersection of e-commerce execution + operational strategy. You’ll help create and manage online stores, develop product merchandising systems, and support the backend processes that make ordering, fulfillment, and customer experience smooth and scalable.
We need someone who can:
- Build the store
- Set up the systems
- Help guide the strategy behind how we sell, fulfill, and grow

What You'll Do
- E-Commerce Store Setup + Management
- Build and manage storefronts (and potentially multiple client “micro-stores”)
- Set up product collections, categories, filters, navigation, and store structure
- Create high-performing product pages (copy, layout, images, upsells, variants, etc.)
- Maintain site organization, performance, and customer experience best practices
Promotional Products + Merchandising
- Work inside existing & new merchandise vendors to source products, build product catalogs, and support quoting and ordering workflows
- Manage product data (SKUs, variants, pricing tiers, lead times, minimums, etc.)
- Help build a scalable merchandising approach:

- Best sellers
- Seasonal campaigns
- Curated collections (financial services, athletics, real estate, construction, etc.)
- Corporate gifting
- Event kits / bundles
Order + Fulfillment Strategy
- Help design and optimize workflows for:

- Order intake and processing
- Vendor coordination
- Proofing and approvals
- Shipping + tracking
- Customer communication
- Support strategies for fulfillment models (dropship, bulk, hybrid, vendor-direct)
- Identify tools and processes to reduce errors and improve speed and clarity
Marketing Strategy + Growth Support
- Collaborate with the Luson Media team to support:

- Email flows + customer retention
- Product launch campaigns
- Paid ad strategy inputs
- SEO / collection structure
- Promotions and seasonal strategy
- Help connect e-commerce performance data to actionable improvements
What We're Looking For
- You have experience with:
- Shopify and Sage and store setup and management
- Promotional products and/or decorated apparel workflows
- E-commerce merchandising and product organization best practices
- Building scalable backend processes for order handling and fulfillment
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with a lot of product data
You are:
- A builder and problem-solver who enjoys creating systems from scratch
- Organized, process-driven, and comfortable owning outcomes
- Confident collaborating cross-functionally (design, strategy, operations)
- Able to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Experienced enough to lead recommendations—not just follow instructions
Bonus points if you have ...
- Experience with company store programs (employee stores, team stores, client portals)
- Knowledge of print, embroidery, and decoration processes
- Familiarity with vendor integrations, product feeds, and catalog management
- Experience with fulfillment partners or warehouse coordination
