Personal Injury Attorney - Litigation - D.R. Patti & Associates
Description:
Our stable 5 Attorney Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm, in business for over 30 years, is seeking an Experienced Litigation Attorney to join our firm. Experience in either Plaintiff or Defense Personal Injury will be considered, preferably Plaintiff.
The ideal Attorney will have experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law and understand the Pre-Litigation stages through Litigation and Settlement.
Requirements:
· Licensed to practice law in Nevada
· 5 plus years of litigation experience, preferably Personal Injury Law
· Experience in Motion Hearings, Taking and Defending Depositions, Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure, Discovery process, Negotiations, and Strong Analytical Skills are a must.
You will also have a support staff to assist you. You should possess leadership and supervisory skills and be able to manage your own case load.
