Industrial Maintenance Technician

Aurora, CO | $32–$37/hr DOE + OT | Monday- Friday day shift

Are you the go-to person when the equipment breaks down?
We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently in a growing manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment
• Work on presses, mixers, conveyors, forklifts, shredders, augers, screeners, vacuums, feeders & more
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, motors, 480V, conveyor, vacuum, and automation systems
• Repair equipment, tooling, and molds
• Read schematics and engineered drawings
• Perform general fabrication and tooling assembly
• Maintain maintenance and inspection records
• Keep parts, tooling, and supplies stocked
• Follow strict safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
• 5+ years mechanical experience
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment
• Knowledge of hydraulics, 480V, motors, conveyors, vacuum systems, and automation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on tool experience
• Ability to read schematics/drawings
• 3+ years of safety involvement
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders, platforms, and stairs
• Reliable, safety-minded team player
