The Opportunity
We view our nanny as a true professional. While one parent works in a detached home office, you are the "lead" during the day. You will have full autonomy to design a day filled with exploration, structured play, and a "hidden curriculum" that fosters independence and curiosity.
The Schedule & Family
- Start Date: March 2026
- The Team: A curious 16-month-old and a sweet newborn joining the crew in September 2026.
- The Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40–45 Guaranteed Hours per week).
- The Vibe: Collaborative and organized! We use a clear communication system to ensure you always know when you are the primary lead (especially following Mom’s medical call shifts).
Who You Are
- The Expert: You have a deep understanding of developmental milestones. An ECE degree or Montessori training is highly preferred!
- The Mentor: You are warm and emotionally intelligent, but confident in setting healthy boundaries and fostering age-appropriate discipline.
- The Creator: You enjoy implementing play-based learning and finding educational moments in everyday fun.
- The Professional: You are looking for a stable, high-trust environment where your expertise is respected.
Compensation & Exceptional Benefits
