Description\n
American Traveler is hiring a Day CT/X-Ray Technologist with 1+ years of independent experience in diagnostic X-ray and CT imaging.
Details\n
- \n
- Diagnostic imaging department within a hospital setting
- Day shift, Monday through Friday, working 5x8-hour shifts
- Shared call rotation including occasional evenings and weekends
- Provides X-ray coverage in the OR as needed
- Duties include routine diagnostic X-ray, CT imaging, trauma imaging, IV contrast administration, and mobile/portable bedside imaging
- Uses Siemens CT equipment (preferred experience)
- Requires flexibility to support OR and overall department staffing needs

Requirements\n
- \n
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Current ARRT license; ARRT (CT) preferred
- State of Maine license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
- Recent experience working independently in both diagnostic X-ray and CT
- Proficiency using multiple computer systems
- Ability to perform IV contrast administration and mobile/portable bedside imaging
