Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our vape store team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vaping culture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide customers with accurate product information and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Greet customers promptly and provide a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
- Engage customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products (e-liquids, devices, coils, accessories, etc.).
- Demonstrate how products work and explain safety and maintenance guidelines.
- Handle customer concerns and returns in a positive, solution-oriented manner.
Sales & Merchandising
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vape laws.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and counting stock.

- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
Teamwork & Growth
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Stay informed on new products and participate in product training sessions.

Compliance & Store Maintenance
- Verify customer age according to legal vaping regulations.
Ensure the store complies with all local and federal vaping
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Previous retail or customer service experience (vape or smoke shop experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math and computer skills (for POS and inventory systems).
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of vaping devices, e-liquids, and related products.
- Passion for vaping culture and trends.
- Experience handling cash and card transactions.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced retail environment.
- May require standing for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
