Crew Member – DeWitt Dairy Queen Grill & Chill
We’re a locally owned DQ Grill & Chill looking for friendly, dependable Crew Members to join our team.
You’ll help guests get great food and treats fast — burgers, chicken, fries, Blizzards, cones, and more — while keeping the store clean and the line moving.
What you’ll do
• Greet guests and take orders at the counter and drive-thru
• Prepare food and treats to DQ standards (grill, fryer, treat station)
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Keep the dining room, restrooms, and work areas clean
• Stock product, restock stations, and help with opening/closing duties
• Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures
• Work as part of a team during busy rushes
What we’re looking for
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn (no experience required)
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Good communication and basic math skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
