Role Overview
The MS-level Biopharma Engineer will design, execute, and optimize experiments supporting biologics and regenerative medicine programs. This position bridges scientific research and product development, supporting both senior scientists and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on experiments in cell culture, biologics characterization, and tissue models.
- Develop, optimize, and scale up bioprocessing protocols under the guidance of senior scientists.
- Analyze and interpret data; prepare technical reports and presentations.
- Support regulatory submissions with technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists across disciplines to achieve project milestones.
Qualifications
- MS in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant industry or academic lab experience.
- Strong background in biologics, cell biology, or process engineering.
- Familiarity with GLP/GMP environments is required.
