Job DescriptionResponsibilities

• Escort and safeguard client personnel during travel and on-site assignments.

• Maintain a visible armed presence to deter potential threats while clients perform assigned tasks.

• Remain alert to environmental risks and respond appropriately to incidents or emergencies.

• Maintain professional communication with dispatch, supervisors, and client personnel at all times.

• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.

• Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and New Jersey state regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years.

• Valid Blue Card

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Prior armed security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred but not required.

• Strong situational awareness and communication skills.

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

• Ability to work flexible, on-call hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation & Schedule

• Status: On-call; Guarente paid 40 hours per pay period

• Paid training provided.

• Uniforms provided.

• Pay periods:

  • 1st–15th paid on the 22nd

  • 16th–31st paid on the 7th
