What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales consultants
- Desk deals, structure financing scenarios, and maximize profitability
- Jump into deals when needed to help close and secure commitments
- Monitor daily activity: appointments, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Create urgency and energy on the sales floor
- Work closely with BDC/Internet team to ensure lead conversion
- Track performance metrics and hold the team accountable to targets
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales talent
