What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are processed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect fresh and processed products to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards.
- Load products onto processing and packaging equipment accurately and efficiently.
- Place products onto conveyor systems and monitor production flow.
- Pack finished products into boxes according to established specifications.
- Label, seal, and prepare cartons for shipment.
- Lift, move, and organize product trays, racks, and carts throughout the production area.
- Operate production and packaging equipment, including basic machine setup and changeover tasks.
- Assist with equipment cleaning, sanitation, and production line preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Monitor product quality throughout production and report any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, maintenance personnel, and other shifts to ensure smooth operations.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Frequent pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, and carrying.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
