Overview
CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Multi-Disciplined Technician II.
Type: Contract
Job Title: Multi-Disciplined Technician II
Location: Bedford, MA
Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Bedford, MA
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: High School diploma or higher
Description
The Multi-Disciplined Technician II will support Sterile Processing and Reagents areas by preparing, sterilizing, and maintaining laboratory materials to ensure smooth production processes. This role requires attention to detail, compliance with safety and quality standards, and the ability to work in controlled lab environments.
Requirements:
• Operate industrial washers, dryers, autoclave, and dehydrogenation oven
• Prepare, wash, and sterilize vials for production
• Maintain inventory of labware and glass vials for Production needs
• Perform simple vialing and labeling in collaboration with the Reagents team
• Follow all safety and quality protocols consistently
• Mix and prepare standard cleaning products
Required Qualifications
Education
• High School diploma or higher
Qualifications
• 1-3 years’ experience, preferably in Sterile Processing, laboratory, or life sciences environment
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Experience working in clean rooms, labs, and cold storage environments (2°ree;C to -20°ree;C)
• Team-oriented, flexible, and open to cross-training
• Comfortable working with lab equipment, tools, and hazardous materials (with training and PPE)
Desired Skills
• Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing practices
