Tikka Shack in Lancaster is looking for a&nbsp;Front Desk Associate&nbsp;who’s friendly, outgoing, and ready to bring great vibes to our restaurant. You'll be the first face our guests see, so if you’ve got a great smile and love helping people, we want to meet you!
What You'll Be Doing:
<ul>
<li>Greet guests with a warm welcome as they enter</li>
<li>Help with pickup and delivery orders (including DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.)</li>
<li>Answer the phone and help with questions about the menu or orders</li>
<li>Keep the front area clean, organized, and stocked</li>
<li>Make sure guests have a great experience from start to finish</li>
<li>Jump in and support the team wherever needed</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Friendly attitude and great communication skills</li>
<li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Dependable and punctual</li>
<li>Previous customer service experience is a plus—but not required!</li>
<li>Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed</li>
