What You’ll Do
As the FOH Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising the Front of House (FOH) team during your shifts.
- Ensuring top-notch customer service and addressing guest needs promptly.
- Assisting with staff training and maintaining high performance standards.
- Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing duties.
- Monitoring cleanliness and organization of the FOH area.
- Supporting team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- The ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to step in wherever needed.
