Benz Star Trucking Inc. is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for dedicated over-the-road dry van opportunities across the United States. We provide consistent freight, dependable dispatch support, clear communication, and reliable equipment.

COMPENSATION
\n
\n
• $0.70 per mile
\n
• Guaranteed minimum weekly gross compensation of $2,310, equivalent to 3,300 miles, for each full week the driver remains available for dispatch
\n
• Every mile over 3,300 is paid at the same $0.70-per-mile rate
\n
• 1099 independent contractor opportunity

POSITION DETAILS

• OTR routes only
\n
• Dry van freight
\n
• Sleeper truck operation
\n
• Travel throughout the United States
\n
• Consistent communication and support from dispatch
\n
\n
RESPONSIBILITIES
\n
\n
• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and professionally
\n
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
\n
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
\n
• Communicate pickup, transit, and delivery updates with dispatch
\n
• Meet scheduled pickup and delivery appointments
\n
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, customer, and company safety requirements
\n
• Maintain clean and professional equipment
\n
\n
REQUIREMENTS
\n
\n
• Valid Class A CDL
\n
• Minimum two years of verifiable OTR driving experience
\n
• Dry van experience preferred
\n
• Acceptable motor vehicle and safety record
\n
• Knowledge of ELDs, trip planning, and DOT regulations
\n
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements
\n
• Strong communication and time-management skills
\n
• Willingness to remain over the road for extended periods
\n
